The InFocus final report is a blueprint for cities wanting to explore smart specialisation as a driver to reinvigorate the local economic agenda. It´s the result of a large-scale action-research project, within the URBACT framework, aimed to close the “city gap” with regard to smart specialisation strategies and RIS3, involving 10 European cities under the leadership of Bilbao. TASO was hired to play the role of lead expert.
